WHY DO I NEED TO PAY BEFOREHAND?
✦ It's a safety for me, as there are a lot of weird people out there that are not easy to work with. I will not send you the invoice until It's your turn though, and I will start on your commission within a week from the day you've paid it.
I usually start that day or the day after, depending on when I get the confirmation e-mail.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?
✦ Depends on the size of the order and how my schedule is that week. Single ones can be from two hours to two days. Packages can be a day to a week.
WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU USE?
✦ Photoshop
✦ WoW Model Viewer
✦ Streamlabs OBS
Music usually from Spotify or Youtube.
CAN YOU DO DESIGN FOR X GAME?
✦ Yes, of course! Though, I am most familiar with wow and would need a screenshot of your character for most other games. This is cut out and usually puts an extra fee on your order. Check that price under "hard pose".
DID YOU DRAW THE ART YOU USE?
✦ No I did not.
If you like the drawings I use for my personal design, they are all made by the lovely Roxy Hana.
Terms of Service
ACCEPTANCE
✦ You understand that I reserve the right to reject any commission request without the need to provide a reason.
✦ You understand that while doing my best to meet your needs and wishes for your order, I will complete the design in my own creative style.
✦ You understand that I (the artist/designer) can refuse or cancel the commission for any reason.
REVISION
✦ Minor changes or mistakes on my behalf will be free of charge. Text changes are always free. This includes new panel button in same design that you commissioned.
✦ In the event that you request major changes, it will be considered a new commission and billed accordingly, before any changes are made.
PAYMENT & REFUND
✦ You agree that the payment is in EURO trough Paypal, and will be payed before I start the commission process.
Three (3)€ will be added to the total. This is a PayPal tax and conversion fee.
✦ You understand that if you fail to complete your payment within the invoice time-frame (usually 10 days), I have the right to cancel your order.
✦ Refunds can be requested at any time, however full refunds are only issued before the commission has been started.

I, Camilla M.F. also known as Qtiebeautie,
do not own or claim to own any of the character models, screenshots, artwork or other content from Blizzard Entertainment and titles from other companies used in my designs. I only lay claim on the designs I've done pertaining to them, and fan art of the characters from the game.Trademarks and trade names are the property of their respective owners.
RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP
✦ I, as the artist/designer, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms.
✦ You agree to not claim any of my artwork as your own.
You can request that artwork I have done for you be watermarked if it is being used by me.
✦ You may post, upload and use the commissioned piece in anyway they want. You do not need to display my name with the design, but it is much appreciated!
